Hi, I’m Anna, a Registered Holistic Nutritionist based in North Vancouver. My passion is helping busy individuals discover how to balance blood sugar naturally so they can enjoy more energy, stable moods, and vibrant health. Supporting healthy blood glucose levels is at the core of what I do, because when your body feels steady, everything else flows more easily.

Why am I here?
My journey into nutrition and holistic wellness took on new urgency in 2020 when my daughter was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes. Watching her receive processed, low-fat, artificially sweetened foods in the hospital made me realize this couldn’t be her new normal. I knew there had to be a better way.
For families walking a similar path, excellent resources such as BC Diabetes provide medical support and education. My work complements that by focusing on food and lifestyle—practical tools that help you feel more in control every day.
I completed a Holistic Culinary Certificate and later became a Registered Holistic Nutritionist and Certified Nutritional Practitioner. Today, I help clients uncover the root causes of low energy, cravings, digestive discomfort, and hormone shifts through personalized nutrition and lifestyle support.
My approach is practical—I believe small, consistent changes make the biggest impact. Sometimes it’s as simple as adjusting morning habits for more stable blood sugar and hormonal balance.
I believe food should be nourishing, satisfying, and joyful. That’s why I love creating recipes that make healthy eating feel effortless—like a blood sugar–friendly smoothie bowl with homemade granola.
Beyond recipes, I often write about foods that naturally support stable blood sugar so my clients can build meals that support long-term health without feeling restrictive.
Who am I?
Outside of work, I live in North Vancouver with my husband, our two children, our dog, and our cat. Born and raised in Sweden, I’ve called Canada home since 2014—and now I’m proud to belong to both beautiful countries.
You can often find me plunging into cold water, practicing yoga, pilates lifting weights or exploring the trails and ski slopes around Whistler and the North Shore. These practices remind me daily that true wellness isn’t just about food—it’s about balance, joy, and connection.
On my blog, I share practical strategies that anyone can start with at home. For example, small changes in your morning habits can set the tone for stable blood sugar and hormonal balance. I also love creating recipes that make balanced eating enjoyable, like a blood-sugar friendly smoothie bowl with homemade granola.

Whether you’re seeking steadier energy, better digestion, or more balanced hormones, I’m here to help you create a personalized path forward. If you’re curious about working together, I invite you to book a free meet & greet call—I’d love to connect with you.
